Toy Review: S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Baron Banana Arms

Gaim’s strongest rival has arrived on stage in figure form as S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Baron Banana Arms. Baron, as his form states; uses the Banana fruit motif more prominent on his shoulder armor. The head uses a Burn Casque helmet the Burn Sight visor with European knight accents on the forearms and thighs.

Sticking to its Japanese 1st release offering, Bandai has included the Gold folding screen to match Gaim’s stage. Other accessories include 8 extra hands, a Banana LockSeed and the Banaspear with an extra tip that can be swapped with the default edge.

What is surprising is that the die-cast feet are back after long absence. These were more prominent in the Kamen Rider W line. I’m happy that the shoulder pieces have extra swivel points to seamlessly follow the arm movements. Its chest also gains additional joints, lessening the stress and the probability of this hitting the belt. In conclusion, this actually maybe better than Gaim in several aspects that is a keeper for S.H. Figuarts fans.
